Job summary

Babcock International in Plymouth offers a two-year Quality Graduate Programme based at Devonport. You’ll build a solid foundation in quality management while gaining project experience from day one and a starting salary of £35,000.

You’ll study standards, risk management, audits, and CQI accreditation, supported by mentors and a structured development plan, with clear career pathways into permanent quality roles.

Qualifications

• 2:2 or above in any degree.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial as travel to sites is required.
• Must be able to obtain BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.
• UK national status is required for eligibility.

• Understand core quality principles and how standards ensure performance.
