Job summary

You will develop fundamentals in quality management while gaining project experience and exposure to audits, risk management, and data-driven improvements.

This entry-level role includes structured mentorship, professional chartership progression towards CQI, and a clear path from graduate to senior roles within our Quality function.

Qualifications

• Formal engineering/quality related education with 2:2 or above.
• BPSS and SC clearance eligibility required.
• UK driving licence beneficial for travel to supplier sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid foundation in quality management and gain project experience.
• Understand core quality principles and how standards ensure compliance and performance.
• Explore risk management and management systems, and auditing practices.
• Gain experience in internal and external auditing and data monitoring for continuous improvement.
• Work with experienced Quality Engineers on real project activities.
