Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd is recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader for a leading ecommerce fulfilment operation in Rugby (CV23). The role involves leading outbound activities, guiding a team of about 10, expanding to 20 in peak periods, and ensuring high quality standards and customer satisfaction.

You will work alongside a second First Line Manager focusing on inbound operations, taking ownership of outbound fulfilment, ensuring accurate picking, packing and dispatch while meeting packaging

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within warehouse/fulfilment/logistics.
• Background in quality control, quality assurance or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outbound operations: picking, packing, QC and dispatch.
• Manage, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives.
• Ensure customer packing guidelines and presentation standards are met.
