Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood in West Sussex, UK, offers a Future Talent Events Placement Year starting July 2027. You will join the Future Talent team to support onboarding, apprentice engagement and school events, and help plan recruitment assessments and Welcome Evenings.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in developing people, organising training activities, and driving projects within our world‑class automotive manufacturer, with mentoring from experts from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR progressing towards a 2:2 or above.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Adaptability, prioritisation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Integrate into the team with tasks that build understanding of current processes.
• Organise and coordinate training activities and topics.
• Research new forms of training to improve delivery.
• Lead identified projects and innovations within the department.
• Represent the business at events and activities.
• Support Future Talent topics and onboarding on a day-to-day basis.
