Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Quality Steering Engineering Intern - Placement Year (July 2027).

Quality Steering drives the quality management system across the business; you will support daily tasks, assist with new model topics, process improvements and defect reporting, and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver improvements.

To be eligible, you must be returning to studies for at least 6 months after the placement and have the right to work in the UK. Closing date: 18 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer term projects.
• Experience with Quality Management or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer term projects.
• Assist with Plant problem management and coordination of new model topics.
• Support implementation of Quality related processes to ensure product improvement.
• Support, analysis and implementation of Quality improvements.
• Assist with new vehicle inspection and defect reporting.
• Help with Warranty and data analysis.
