Babcock International invites graduates to join the Civil and Structural Engineering Graduate Programme at Devonport, Plymouth. You will rotate through technical design, facilities management and project management over two years, gaining broad exposure and mentorship.

The programme offers structured development, BPSS/SC/NNPI clearance, and a clear pathway to Chartered/ Incorporated Engineer status with support throughout.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Security clearance requirements: BPSS, SC and NNPI.
• UK national residency required for programme eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings, models and reports.
• Carry out structural analysis using software tools.
• Conduct detailed site surveys to assess asset condition.
• Support design modifications and full lifecycle delivery from design to through-life support.
