Babcock in Plymouth invites graduates to join the Mechanical Engineering Graduate Programme at Devonport. You will support naval submarine systems through all lifecycle stages, creating CAD models, performing analyses and contributing to design development on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Security clearance requirements may apply (BPSS/SC/NNPPI).
• UK national status may be a condition for eligibility on this programme.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle stages from concept and design to decommissioning for mechanical systems.
• Produce engineering drawings and CAD models; write technical reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, reliability and performance.
