Safran Electronics & Defense in Wolverhampton is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality Clinic system and drive continuous improvement across the site. You will collaborate with operations, engineering and quality teams to ensure non-conforming products are controlled and corrective actions are implemented.

• Develop and manage implementation plans to achieve Quality Clinic compliance.
• Coordinate and drive gap closure activities to improve Quality Clinic effectiveness.
• Manage the daily operation of the Quality Clinic system.
• Control and support the disposition of non-conforming products.
• Lead containment activities and quality improvement projects.
• Coordinate Quality Clinic core team members and support functions.
• Facilitate and coach teams through structured problem-solving activities.
• Monitor process performance using established KPIs and measures.
• Communicate quality performance through structured stakeholder reviews.
• Maintain visual management standards and support 5S/7S activities.
• Share best practice and contribute to the development of Quality Clinic standards across the wider business.

You will work closely with operational, engineering and quality teams to ensure non-conforming products are effectively controlled and that robust corrective actions are implemented.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, driving continuous improvement and influencing stakeholders across the business.
