You'll set standards for product quality checks, coach a team to meet SLAs and KPIs, and work with ICQA analysts to drive root-cause improvements. Join a fast-paced logistics operation focused on delivering quality, value and service to millions of customers daily.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Quality Manager focusing on quality, compliance and governance.
• Strong understanding of warehouse planning, inventory processes and quality standards.
• Experience with Warehouse Management/Control Systems and reporting.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams with proactive engagement.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Setting the standards for product quality checks and defining criteria of assessment.
• Leading and motivating a team to deliver to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Using feedback data to drive a Quality and Customer-first experience across site.
• Support ICQA analysts to investigate data, identify root causes and develop action plans.
• Develop the Quality tactical plan, procedures and documentation; governance focus.
• Understand warehouse planning, inventory processes and quality standards.
• Experience with Warehouse Management/Control Systems and reporting.
• Provide direction through proactive engagement and mentoring.
