Job summary

Marks & Spencer is opening a new Lichfield Distribution Centre in early 2027 and seeks a Quality Manager to lead from day one. You will set quality standards, drive a customer-first approach, and guide the ICQA team to investigate data and implement permanent corrective actions.

You will shape the quality tactical plan, governance, and documentation, ensuring compliance with site and corporate quality standards while supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Quality Manager focusing on process governance.
• Strong understanding of warehouse planning and inventory quality standards.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams with clear direction.

Responsibilities

• Set standards for quality checks and assessment criteria.
• Lead and motivate a team to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Use customer feedback data to drive quality and customer-first experience.
• Support ICQA analysts to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Develop quality tactical plans, procedures, and documentation.
