Job summary

Compass Group UK Security is seeking a QMS Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System across a national operation. The role focuses on driving compliance, improving processes and embedding a culture of quality excellence.

You will maintain and enhance our QMS, ensure audit readiness and work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, delivering training and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or maintaining a QMS.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and QA principles.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
• Knowledge of corrective actions and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) across national operation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Plan and deliver internal audit programmes across the business.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions through to closure.
• Analyse quality performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support external audits and accreditation assessments.
• Produce quality reports for senior stakeholders.
