Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK is seeking a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to cover a 12-month maternity contract from our Binley Head Office in Coventry. You will manage QMS, EMS and accreditation renewals across civils and drylining/insulation divisions.

The role requires strong auditing, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills, plus knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, Achilles and Constructionline. Hybrid working offered with site-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management within a merchant/distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Achilles, and Constructionline.
• Familiarity with civils products and drylining/insulation systems.
• Auditing, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Qualifications in quality or environmental management (IRCA/CQI/NEBOSH).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the QMS across civils and interior product lines.
• Lead internal audits and manage external audit processes for ISO 9001.
• Coordinate accreditation renewals (Achilles, Constructionline) and documentation.
• Support suppliers and teams to uphold product quality and environmental standards.
