Job summary

Talk Recruitment is seeking a Quality Compliance Manager in Yorkshire for a leading building contractor. The role combines Leeds office work with site visits across the midlands and north, plus potential remote elements.

You will oversee the IMS, align quality with regulatory standards, lead internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement across departments and supply chains.

Qualifications

• Previous employment in a Compliance Manager or Quality Manager role.
• Knowledge of Building/Residential Sector / Construction Industry.
• Internal Auditor Certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, control and evolve the IMS to meet business needs.
• Formalise and standardise quality systems and document processes.
• Oversee ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 compliance and audits.
• Manage audit programmes (1st, 2nd and 3rd party) and supplier audits.
• Support continuous improvement and share best practices.
