Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a QA/Compliance professional to coordinate customer complaints, manage QMS documentation, and support audits across the site. You will use Power BI and Power Platform tools to monitor quality trends and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with Customer Services, Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure audit readiness and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full customer complaint process with thorough investigations.
• Maintain QMS documentation and revision registers across portals.
• Review shop-floor data via digital inspection apps and feed the Data Warehouse.
• Extract insights from Power BI dashboards to track quality trends.
• Manage calibration schedules and external engineers.
• Support internal and customer audit preparation and action trackers.
• Collaborate with Customer Services, Operations and Warehouse teams.
• Assist site Management to stay audit-ready (SMETA/BRCGS).
