Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service with sales teams.
• Be the point of contact for designated customers.
• Support Commercial and Finance to ensure compliance.
• Process sales orders, amendments and cancellations.
• Monitor customer forecasts to place stock orders and review stock levels.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet delivery dates.
• Use Cobis, OMP, and IT systems.
