The Role

We are seeking a food graduate eager to develop their technical and quality experience gained from food retail or manufacturing environments. A thorough knowledge of BRC and HACCP standards is essential, along with excellent communication, prioritisation, and time management skills. You must be proactive, able to think quickly, and a strong problem solver to consistently meet customer expectations.

Experience working in a fast-paced chilled/high-care manufacturing environment and understanding UK retail standards is essential. This role requires thriving in a dynamic factory environment, engaging with all departments and customers.
