NPD, Innovation and Marketing Specialist within FMCG - Recruitment Consultant at D R Newitt Recruitment

Join a fast-paced NPD team driving innovation in food manufacturing. You'll develop and trial new recipes, ensuring they're cost-effective, operationally sound, and ready for market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test new food concepts in the kitchen and factory
• Support factory trials and capture critical data
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Ops, Packaging, Finance)
• Manage samples for testing and customer feedback

What You Bring:

• Food Science or related degree with some strong industry experience
• Hands-on NPD or food manufacturing experience (minimum 2 years!)
• Organised, detail-focused, and a strong communicator
• Able to juggle multiple projects and think on your feet
• Comfortable in kitchens, factories, and office environments

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Bakery products
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
• Confident with Microsoft Office and Teams

Salary c. £32,000
