Job summary

Salutem Care & Education is seeking a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse to support clinical governance across UK services. You will provide assurance and hands-on support, focusing on delegated healthcare safety, documentation, audits and inspection readiness.

Under the Clinical Governance Lead Nurse, you’ll help services implement governance, develop training records, and ensure compliance for CQC/CIW/Ofsted, with regular travel across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN and current registration.
• Experience in community or complex needs care.
• Strong audit and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assurance and hands-on support across services.
• Strengthen documentation, protocols and escalation instructions.
• Lead delegated healthcare training and competency records.
• Complete audits and support action plans with timescales.
• Coach teams to improve governance and inspection readiness.
• Support supervision compliance for operational nurses.
