Job summary

HealthHarmonie, part of the Medinet Group, is seeking an experienced Clinical Compliance & Audit Lead to join the Governance Team in a hybrid Birmingham role. You will lead the clinical audit and governance framework across services, ensuring compliance with NHS, CQC and contractual requirements while driving quality improvements.

The role requires clinically qualified professionals with strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a track record in audit programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in clinical governance, compliance and clinical audit within NHS or independent healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, NHS governance frameworks and NICE guidance.
• Proven track record leading audit programmes and driving quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance, compliance and audit across multiple services.
• Develop and oversee annual audit programme with action plans and re-audits.
• Prepare governance reports and present to senior leadership and governance meetings.
• Support inspections, visits and regulatory audits; drive continuous quality improvement.
