Qualifications

• Active registration on the NMC Register - General Nurse Division (RGN).
• Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, including acute or community care settings.
• Current, full clean driving licence.
• Strong teamwork ability and ability to work independently.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance and clinical oversight to ensure high competence and compliance levels.
• Identify service improvements, develop policies, audits, and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure clinical compliance with RQIA Regulations and HSCT requirements.
• Provide day-to-day clinical support to operations teams and escalate patterns requiring investigation.
• Establish and maintain quality improvement tracking and information relevant to patient care.
