Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead the quality assurance framework across England and Scotland, and to oversee the regulatory audit programme for CQC-regulated Sanctuary Supported Living services.

Reporting directly to the Director of Quality and Chief Nurse, the role drives continuous improvement, develops strategy with operational leaders, and ensures timely, evidence-based assurance to senior teams while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA in regulated care environments.
• Ability to translate regulation into practical QA frameworks.
• Ability to provide senior leadership with assurance on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a robust quality assurance service across Sanctuary Care and the regulatory audit programme for Sanctuary Supported Living services.
• Lead and develop a team of quality assurance auditors.
• Develop and implement the quality assurance strategy with senior partners.
• Design and oversee internal quality review programmes.
• Oversee the full audit lifecycle with governance and escalation.
