Salutem Care & Education is seeking a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse to lead delegated healthcare governance across UK services. You will ensure safety, lawful practice and auditable records while supporting services with governance improvements.

The role requires travel across England and Wales, and regular clinical governance activities under the Clinical Governance Lead Nurse to raise care quality and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• NMC PIN required.
• Experience in audit and governance.
• Ability to manage delegation and risk in care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide assurance and hands-on support across services focusing on delegated healthcare.
• Support documentation, protocols, and inspection-ready records.
• Coach teams to improve governance and practice and prepare for inspections.
• Monitor supervision and escalate concerns through governance routes.
