Job summary

Shaw healthcare is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead audits and governance across its regulated services. You will plan, conduct and follow up on audits in line with CQC, CIW and other regulators, with frequent travel to services across the UK.

You will oversee risk, drive continuous quality improvement, and provide expert advice to Service Managers and Head Office to ensure safe, effective and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, audit, governance or regulatory environment.
• Ability to plan and undertake thorough audits and inspections.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills with clear improvement recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a varied caseload and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct compliance audits across Shaw Healthcare services.
• Maintain oversight of a caseload of regulated services with timely audits.
• Monitor risk levels, assess concerns and take appropriate action.
• Observe wellbeing of service users and report safeguarding concerns.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and improvement actions.
• Follow up actions from audits and monitor progress.
