What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring and verifying compliance of manufacturing processes with quality standards.
  • Conducting internal audits, identifying gaps, and implementing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Training staff on QA best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Supporting supplier quality checks and incoming material inspections.
  • Promoting the transition of in-line process control to production teams.
  • Tracking key metrics, producing reports, and making practical improvement recommendations.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • People management or supervisory experience
