Job Description

Due to continuing growth and internal moves, we now require a Quality Assurance Officer (QA Officer) to join our Business Assurance team on a permanent basis.

This is a small QA team within a fast-paced Commercial Lending department. It's an exciting opportunity to develop robust procedures, focus on Conduct Risk measures, and support positive customer outcomes through operational knowledge and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Effective QA monitoring on a monthly basis within strict timeframes
• Accurate recording and storage of department sampling
• Effective communication of sampling results and risk areas with managers
• Providing accurate MI to managers and the T&C Manager monthly
• Identifying trends and recommending further review and training
• Monitoring department risk areas closely
• Providing feedback during sampling reviews alongside managers

Qualifications

Essential Experience

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong objection handling skills
• Data analysis and presentation skills
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Awareness of confidentiality requirements
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Coaching/training experience

Candidates with the following will be given further consideration:

• Knowledge of the Finance and/or Property sector
• Experience in a similar role
