Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will conduct Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure that Together colleagues deliver excellent customer outcomes and adhere to process guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Working within a team of 12, your role will be to ensure fair and consistent customer outcomes that are sustainable in the long term.

As a Quality Assurance Officer, we are looking for someone who:

• Completes QA activities in line with productivity expectations
• Maintains SME knowledge of business procedures to ensure accurate, ‘right first time’ QA assessments
• Displays consistent decision-making and provides constructive feedback to colleagues to improve competence and customer outcomes
• Helps identify key risks, trends, and areas for improvement, sharing best practices and common findings with colleagues
• Escalates appropriately in case of significant regulatory or process breaches
• Identifies and escalates deficiencies in business procedures impacting customer outcomes or business effectiveness
• Completes scorecards concisely, highlighting risks and required corrective actions

Qualifications

• High standards of Customer Service excellence
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to provide professional and constructive feedback
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to plan and organize workload to meet targets and deadlines
• Experience within the Financial Services Industry
• Good understanding of FCA expectations and Consumer Duty outcomes
• Experience in Quality Assurance activities and continuous improvement culture
• Familiarity with SharePoint and InfoPath
