Job summary

Radfield Home Care Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to provide proactive QA, regulatory guidance and improvement support across a portfolio of franchise offices. The role promotes safe, person-centred care and aims for Good/Outstanding CQC ratings within the network.

You will work flexibly across the network and undertake deployments when required. Based in the Shrewsbury National Office, you will travel to franchise partner offices, influence senior leaders, and drive policy

Qualifications

At least three years’ senior experience in adult social care management or quality assurance.
Substantial knowledge of domiciliary care and CQC requirements in England.
Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent.
Experience with audits, risk assessment and improvement planning.
Willingness to travel nationally and undertake onsite deployment; driving licence required.

Responsibilities

Own QA oversight for allocated portfolio; advise franchise partners and Registered Managers.
Monitor performance, governance, risks and compliance with care standards and policies.
Maintain records of advice, actions and decisions; escalate significant concerns.
Plan and deliver audits (weekly/monthly/quarterly/onsite) and review evidence.
Lead audit feedback meetings and drive corrective actions and improvements.
Interpret legislation and CQC requirements; assist offices for inspections.
Support regulatory correspondence, inspection evidence, and improvement activity.
Identify and share good and outstanding practice across the network.
Lead quality improvement interventions and related training.
Deploy into franchise offices and company-owned services as required.
