Job summary

Radfield Home Care (UK) is seeking a Care Compliance Administrator in Bromley to oversee governance of operational processes and care delivery. The role ensures CQC standards are met through monitoring, policy development, and training, while liaising with franchise partners to support day-to-day care operations.

Based in our Bromley National Office, you will influence leaders, communicate effectively, and promote the company’s mission to age well and stay connected as a trusted care provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care sector and understanding of health & social care policy/regulations.
• Educated in Health & Social Care Level 3 or equivalent QBE.
• Ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and embed new care sector developments into policy and communicate changes including CQC regulation.
• Support franchise locations with day-to-day care and operational queries.
• Ensure Franchise Agreement and Operating Manual compliance at all times.
• Promote a positive brand image and protect the Radfield Home Care franchising reputation.
• Embed audits and evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
