Job summary

Radfield Home Care is seeking a Care Compliance Administrator in Bromley to join our national office team. You will lead governance of operational processes and care delivery, ensuring CQC standards are met and exceeded through policy development and training.

You will work closely with franchise partners, monitor regulatory developments, and support franchise locations with day-to-day queries while promoting the Radfield brand and commitment to high-quality home care.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the domiciliary care sector.
• Strong knowledge of policy and regulations underpinning health and social care.
• Health & Social Care Level 3 or equivalent QBE.
• Ability to form relationships and communicate at all levels.
• Self-motivated, professional and able to work independently.
• Experience with Office software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, embed policy and communicate all new developments in the care sector and Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulation.
• Support the franchise locations with day to day care and operational queries and issues.
• Ensure the Franchise Agreement and Operating Manual is being adhered to at all times.
• Promote a positive image and protect the good reputation of the Radfield Home Care brand and Radfield Home Care Franchising at all times.
• Conduct compliance reviews with Franchise Partners.
• Understand the regulatory requirements on the business from CQC and support offices to achieve a minimum of a 'good' rating at inspections.
• To support and drive the network towards outstanding CQC ratings.
• Embed audit and evaluation into services to ensure continuous improvement.
• Complete analysis of internal network data, formulate and recommend practices.
• Ensure that the handling of complaints and investigations meets standards.
• Aid the implementation of care software systems into new and established franchise offices.
