Spire Murrayfield Hospital in Wirral is seeking a dedicated Quality and Governance Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role supports MDT coordination, governance processes and cancer pathways improvements.
You will coordinate MDT meetings for Breast and Gynaecology, document decisions, maintain records, audit activity and contribute to corporate policy tracking, while providing excellent service to patients and colleagues.

37.5 hours per week | Salary: £24,882 per annum plus excellent benefits
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.While these are the core working hours, the successful candidate will also be expected to attend weekly and monthly evening MDT clinics to take minutes.

This is a varied and rewarding position in which your administrative expertise will directly support the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will play a central role in coordinating Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings for our Breast and Gynaecology services, ensuring that clinicians have the accurate and timely information they need to make informed decisions about patient care.
You will also support the hospital’s wider clinical governance activities, including audit processes, incident management and the maintenance of corporate policies.

As Governance Administrator, you will provide a central point of contact throughout the administrative pathway for our cancer Multidisciplinary Teams.
Working closely with Breast and Gynaecology Nurse Specialists, clinicians and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure that all relevant clinical information is available for the patients discussed at each MDT meeting.
You will coordinate meetings, accurately document complex patient discussions and help monitor cancer pathways against local and national requirements. Your work will help the clinical teams identify potential delays, maintain accurate records and provide safe, efficient and well-coordinated care.

Experience of cancer pathways, clinical governance processes or MDT administration would be beneficial, but we also welcome applications from candidates with relevant transferable healthcare administration experience.
