Job summary

Capita’s Selborne project in Gosport is recruiting a Quality Analyst – Training Standards. You’ll conduct post-course discussions, monitor training delivery, and drive quality assurance across modules to help sailors meet high standards.

In this FTC role, you’ll need to be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level. The position offers a salary up to £32,500 pro rata, onsite facilities, and a supportive environment within a bold naval transformation initiative.

Job Description

Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week FTC until end March 2027. HMS Sultan, Portsmouth. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct post-course discussions with trainees to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of training delivery.
• Observe lessons and assess instructors to ensure training is delivered in line with JSP 822 DSAT standards and agreed criteria.
• Provide quality assurance and internal validation activities across training courses and modules.
• Maintain accurate assessment records, data, and reporting systems to support training quality monitoring.
• Contribute to quality improvement plans by identifying trends, sharing insights, and recommending improvements.
• Support quality control activities while ensuring health, safety, and environmental procedures are followed at all times.
