Capita is recruiting a Training Equipment Manager in Gosport to lead the strategic and day-to-day management of training assets across the estate. You will manage a team, engage with suppliers and stakeholders, and deliver equipment solutions aligned to Royal Navy needs.

Keeping world class training ready, safe and future focused Play a critical role in shaping how the next generation of Royal Navy personnel are trained. As Training Equipment Manager, you’ll take ownership of the strategic and day to day management of training equipment across the estate ensuring assets are safe, compliant, available and fit for purpose. This is a hands on leadership role that combines technical expertise with people management, problem solving and forward planning. You’ll lead a team, work closely with suppliers and stakeholders, and oversee projects that support new capability, upgrades and the ongoing sustainment of training equipment. You’ll also play a key role in responding to Royal Navy Tasking Orders, helping translate complex requirements into clear, deliverable solutions. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, leading technical teams, and making sure the right equipment is in the right place at the right time, this is a role where you can make a genuine impact.
