Job summary

Bridge House School are recruiting for a Therapist to join our Therapy team. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our therapy team.

Our trauma-informed, non-punitive approach supports students to build self-awareness and develop the tools they need to self-regulate, manage relationships, and thrive. Aspris offers training and support to help you progress.

Qualifications

  • Registered professional with a BSc or equivalent qualification.
  • Enthusiastic, caring and passionate about supporting young people.
  • Ability to work as part of a supportive therapy team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver trauma-informed therapy within a school setting.
  • Support students to develop self-awareness and emotional regulation.
  • Collaborate with staff to promote positive behavioural outcomes.

Bridge House School are recruiting for a Therapist to join our Therapy team. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our therapy team.

Throughout the day, our skilled staff provide enhanced support in and out of lessons, including during break and lunchtime, with structured activities that promote social skills and emotional literacy.

We believe in restorative practice, where students are supported to learn from their mistakes in a positive and constructive way.
