Job summary

Bridge House School is recruiting a Therapist to join our Therapy team. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our therapy team, providing trauma-informed support and contributing to a restorative learning environment.

The successful candidate will hold a BSc or profession-specific equivalent qualification and demonstrate resilience, strong communication, commitment and compassion in working with vulnerable children.

Qualifications

• Registered and able to practice in the relevant regulatory framework.
• BSc or profession-specific equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic support to students within the Therapy team.
• Contribute to a trauma-informed, restorative approach to student development.
• Engage in ongoing training to support career progression and best practices.

Every student is welcomed each morning by familiar staff and begins the day with our Nurture Breakfast — a calm, structured start that helps them feel settled and ready to learn. Throughout the day, our skilled staff provide enhanced support in and out of lessons, including during break and lunchtime, with structured activities that promote social skills and emotional literacy.
