Connex Education is seeking an experienced SENCO for a well‑established secondary school in South Birmingham. The role is full‑time, on site, with a daily rate of £250–£300 dependent on experience, and starts asap.
The successful candidate will lead SEND provision, manage the SEND register, oversee EHCP reviews, and work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies to ensure high‑quality SEND support and inclusive outcomes across the curriculum.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, external agencies and families to ensure that students with special educational needs receive the highest quality support and provision.
