Elementa Support Services Ltd is seeking dedicated SENCOs to join our network across mainstream schools, SEND settings, PRUs and alternative provision in the North Somerset region.
As SENCO you will lead SEND provision, coordinate EHCP processes, support staff and liaise with parents and local authorities to help improve outcomes for children with SEND. We offer flexible hours including part-time and full-time positions.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced SENCOs to join our network of schools and education settings across a range of environments, including mainstream schools, specialist SEND settings, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and alternative provision.
These opportunities are ideal for SENCOs looking for flexible, part-time, temporary, contract or longer-term roles where they can use their expertise to make a meaningful difference to the lives and outcomes of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
As a SENCO, you will lead and coordinate SEND provision within your allocated setting, working closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, parents/carers, external professionals and local authorities.
