Job summary

TSR Legal is recruiting an experienced Qualified Conveyancer to join its property team in Abercynon. You will manage a caseload of around 50 residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion, delivering high levels of client care and clear updates to all parties.

The role requires 3+ years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, with eligibility via CILEX, SRA or an equivalent route. A supportive team environment and stable, long-term career prospects are on offer.

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Abercynon - Free Parking Available
Holiday: Up to 36 days

TSR Legal are delighted to be working with an established and growing legal firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Qualified Conveyancer to join their property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking for a stable role within a supportive and well-established team.

The Role

You will manage a caseload of approximately 50 residential conveyancing files, handling matters from instruction through to completion while providing a high level of client care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of approximately 50 residential conveyancing matters


• Handling files from instruction through to completion


• Providing clear and consistent communication to clients, agents and other parties


• Dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages and associated conveyancing matters


• Managing your own workload and deadlines effectively


• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with relevant procedures and regulations


• Working closely with colleagues and supporting the wider property team


• Maintaining accurate and compliant file records

About You

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.

You may be qualified through CILEX, SRA or another recognised route, provided you have the relevant qualification and experience.

You will ideally:

• Have 3+ years' experience as a qualified conveyancer


• Be confident managing your own caseload


• Have strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process


• Be organised, proactive and able to manage competing deadlines


• Have excellent client communication skills


• Be comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team
