• Ideally 2–3 years of conveyancing experience.

This full-time Residential Conveyancer position in Merthyr Tydfil offers a salary of £30,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, plus an annual performance bonus. Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, the successful candidate will manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key duties include handling sale and purchase files, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors, conducting searches, and preparing completion statements.
