TSR Legal is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join its residential property team in Newport. You will manage a full conveyancing caseload with autonomy, delivering a high standard of client service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience managing own residential conveyancing caseload.

The Role

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling matters with a high degree of autonomy while delivering an excellent client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Providing a high standard of client care and maintaining regular communication throughout the transaction.
• Progressing matters efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Working closely with colleagues to support the wider property team.
• Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members where appropriate.
• Ensuring files are managed in accordance with internal procedures, compliance requirements and key deadlines.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

About You
