Job summary

TSR Legal is recruiting an experienced Qualified Conveyancer to join its property team in Abercynon. You will manage a caseload of around 50 residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion, delivering high levels of client care and clear updates to all parties.

The role requires 3+ years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, with eligibility via CILEX, SRA or an equivalent route. A supportive team environment and stable, long-term career prospects are on offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified through CILEX, SRA or another recognised route.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 residential conveyancing matters.
• Handle files from instruction through to completion with clear client communication.
• Provide timely updates to clients, agents and other parties.
