Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a QSHE Manager to join our Birmingham team, supporting all contracts with a strong focus on Quality, Safety, Health and Environment. The role involves leading QSHE activities across sites and coordinating with contract management teams.

You'll develop and deliver health and safety training, manage audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with UK travel as required.

Qualifications

• FM, M&E and multi-site experience.
• Experience implementing and reviewing systems.
• Experience of legislation and statutory compliance within the facilities sector.
• Experience of managing certifications in OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.
• Good PC skills – Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental support across all contracts.
• Support contract management teams as a key QSHE resource.
• Coordinate Inspections & Audits across contract regions.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training for the Business Unit.
• Identify site objectives and deliver them with business planning.
