Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a proactive QSHE Advisor to support construction, engineering and energy projects mainly across the South East. You’ll deliver on-site safety, quality and environmental governance, working with site teams, clients and suppliers to embed standards and drive a strong safety culture.

This field-based role requires NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent), IOSH Managing Safely or higher, and a willingness to travel across London and the South.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is required.
• IOSH Managing Safely or higher is required.
• Temporary Works awareness/training is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and CDM is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conducting site inspections, audits and monitoring visits across multiple projects.
• Providing practical QSHE guidance to operational teams.
• Promoting safe systems of work and constructive challenge of unsafe behaviours.
• Reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
• Investigating incidents and near misses and identifying root causes.
• Delivering toolbox talks and awareness initiatives.
• Supporting compliance with UK legislation and ISO management systems.
• Producing performance reports and sharing lessons learned across the business.
