Zusammenfassung

Dalkia UK is seeking a proactive QSHE Advisor to support projects primarily across the South East. You will work on-site with operations to embed quality, health, safety and environmental standards, delivering guidance, training and audits across multiple sites.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and IOSH Managing Safely, with travel across London and the South. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within construction, engineering, building services or energy environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation including CDM Regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South.

Aufgaben

• Conducting site inspections, audits and monitoring visits across multiple projects.
• Providing practical QSHE guidance and support to operational teams.
• Promoting safe systems of work and challenging unsafe behaviours constructively.
• Reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
• Investigating incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Delivering toolbox talks, briefings and awareness initiatives.
• Supporting compliance with UK legislation and ISO management systems.
• Producing performance reports and sharing lessons learned across the business.
• Working with clients and subcontractors to maintain high QSHE standards.
