Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a proactive QSHE Advisor to support projects across the South East. You will partner with site teams to embed quality, health, safety and environmental standards, and deliver independent QSHE assurance on multiple sites and high-profile projects.

You'll review risk assessments, deliver toolbox talks, investigate incidents and promote safe systems of work, while travelling across London and the South as required. A strong safety culture and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as QSHE or Health and Safety Adviser in construction or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.
• NEBOSH General Certificate and IOSH Managing Safely (or higher).

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits and monitoring visits across multiple projects.
• Provide QSHE guidance and support to operational teams.
• Promote safe systems of work and challenge unsafe behaviours.
• Review risk assessments and method statements.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and identify root causes.
• Deliver toolbox talks, briefings and awareness initiatives.
• Support compliance with UK legislation and ISO management systems.
• Produce performance reports and share lessons learned.
