The role involves supporting operational teams, conducting inspections and audits, and leading safety initiatives. Candidates should have QSHE experience, knowledge of UK legislation, and a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma. Qualifications

• Experience working with ISO management systems.
• Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent) and driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide QSHE support to contract and operational management teams.
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and follow up on actions.
• Support risk assessments, method statements, and contract safety plans.
• Lead and support accident and incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver QSHE training as required.
• Support client audits and contract mobilisation activity.
• Contribute to the national QSHE team and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and support certification to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Skills

QSHE experience within Facilities Management, M&E, or multi-site environments

Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and statutory compliance

Confident communicator with strong influencing skills

Communication & influencing

Education
