Job summary

xPO is seeking a proactive QHSE Coordinator to support Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental objectives on a key contract in Brandon. You will analyse performance data, maintain systems and assist with audits.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. You will contribute to safety campaigns and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in QHSE, compliance, reporting, administration or analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Great communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using SharePoint, reporting platforms or QHSE management systems is advantageous.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and report on QHSE performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and presentations for reviews, meetings and leadership forums.
• Support the maintenance of QHSE systems, records and reporting platforms, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• Monitor the completion of actions arising from audits, inspections, incidents and safety observations.
• Support the coordination of internal and external audits, compliance activities and industry accreditations.
• Assist with the management of risk assessments, safe systems of work and operational procedures.
• Help deliver safety campaigns, engagement initiatives and contract-wide communications.
• Partner with operational teams to provide meaningful insights that support safer and more effective ways of working.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.
