Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the QA team's daily roadmap and development.
• Lead audits of production processes to ensure compliance and quality.
• Supervise Pick Line Quality Controllers to optimize replenishment and data capture.
• Coordinate non-conformance findings and drive corrective actions with managers.
• Develop and update procedures for the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to embed a visit-ready mindset.
