Job summary

Gousto is seeking a QA Lead to plan and coordinate the QA team’s daily roadmap, mentor staff, and drive a culture of high-quality production. You will coordinate audits, improve processes, and ensure safety across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on QA experience, HACCP/BRC/GMP knowledge, and strong collaboration with production teams to maintain quality from raw materials to customer boxes.

Qualifications

• Previous QA experience in fast-paced environment (Food/E-commerce/Manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC and GMP standards with auditing experience.
• Confident team player able to lead a shift-based team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the QA team's daily roadmap and mentor staff through regular 1-to-1s, reviews, and rota management.
• Collaborate with production to embed a visit-ready mindset and oversee audits of production processes.
