Job summary

The Compleat Food Group — Middlesbrough site is seeking an experienced QA Manager to ensure products and processes consistently meet food safety, quality and legal requirements. You will lead a team of QA and QA Supervisors, coordinate audits, and drive improvements across departments.

Key responsibilities include managing non-conformance, coordinating customer complaint investigations, and maintaining robust quality procedures to achieve BRC status.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene qualification is essential.
• Essential Hygiene and Chemical Awareness required.
• Level 3 HACCP qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA team of QA and QA Supervisors to ensure site compliance.
• Drive food safety, quality and legal adherence across manufacturing operations.
• Manage non-conformance systems with corrective actions, on site and with suppliers.
