QA POS Test Lead Engineer

Location: Apple UK - 1 Battersea Power Station, Circus Road South, London, England, SW11 8BZ, United Kingdom

• POS testing experience
• Automation skills are a plus
• Must be comfortable leading and performing both manual and automation testing
• Excellent communication skills required
• Hands-on automation experience with Selenium and API testing is desirable

Preferred Skills:

• Strong experience developing and implementing test plans and test cases
• Proficient in manual testing
• Experience implementing QA processes and methodologies
• Retail or online store background
• Good team and interpersonal skills
• Ability to host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and deliver projects
• Ability to work with business partners, developers, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Experience coordinating end-to-end validation with backend systems and vendors
